Examination Ombuds Service

Birgit Van Roy and Lieve Houwaer,, the Leuven Engineering College's ombudspersons

An ombuds service is available during the examination periods. It acts as an intermediary between students and professors/examiners.

Students can seek assistance from the examination ombuds service to move examination dates if they are unable to take an examination because of illness or circumstances beyond their control, and in case of problems between student and professor/examiner.
