All international students are required to hand in an application file (the completed application form plus the required documents). We will accept applications from February 16 till May 2012. The application form and a checklist of the required documents are forthcoming.
We will notify you by e-mail upon reception of your file. Only completed files will be considered. Note that extra documents might be required for individual cases.
The completed file is then handed over to the Admission Board who are to make a decision on your admission. This should take no longer than six weeks.
Once the Admission Board has reached a decision, you will be informed via e-mail. If your application has been approved, you will receive an admission letter via registered mail shortly after.
Non-EU residents generally require a student visa for Belgium. Check the website of the Belgian Foreign Affairs Department first to see whether you need to apply for one.
Enrolling for the 1st program stage of the BSc in Engineering? Then we expect you for a two-week course before the start of the academic year.
