Stijn Eulaerts and Li Haibin, two electronic engineers, found employment with Option, a global leader in wireless technology. "In this competitive, innovative, and international environment, we can develop our management, technology, and communication talents. In short: the dream job for every Group T engineer," claims Stijn.
Bridge builders
Both know all too well why Option was so keen to sign them. Both engineers are bridge builders. Stijn starts out "I particularly recall my commitment to Group T's student organization, Industria, and to the organization of the 2003 China trip." Li Haibin adds: "I was one of the first Chinese students to graduate from Group T. I know both the Belgian and the Chinese ways of thinking, communicating, and doing business."
Soft skills as an asset
Having affinity with both cultures, these Group T alumni both possess an important asset in a custom-made solution market, where non-technical factors or so-called soft skills make a difference.
