At Leuven Education College, the second semester of the teacher training's final year is there for practice; i.e. no classes are being taught. Rather, students receive the opportunity to discover what education entails in another culture and how the educational system approaches the multicultural society—both in- and outside of Belgium.
During the World Fair, May 26, the students presented their projects using visuals, music, souvenirs, and some tasty drinks and tidbits. They traveled to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Curaçao, Denmark, Finland, France, The Gambia, India, Indonesia, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sicily, Suriname, the UK, South-Afrika, and Sweden.
