Chinese TU of Technology and Education Visit

6 faculty members of Tianjin University of Technology and Education visited the university college on Monday, June 11.

The TUTE delegation was headed by Vice-President Sun. She praised Group T's extensive internationalisation, its 5E-concept, the strong link with the business world, and the focus on Engineering within the Confucius Institute at Group T.

Tianjin University of Technology and Education is the Chinese partner institution of the Addis Ababa Confucius Institute in Ethiopia. As Group T also houses such an institute ánd has strong ties with educational institutions in Ethiopia, it seems only natural for TUTE and Group T to work together.

Nearing the end of the visit, both institutions signed a 2+2 Agreement. This allows sophomore students from Tianjin University of Technology and Education to complete their bachelor studies at Group T.
