The university college's administration is run by the Board of Directors and the Bureau of the Board.
The organizational structure consists of the Team of Directors, the Executive Team and the Dean's Office of both GroupT-Leuven Engineering College and Group T-Leuven Education College. These bodies guide the Management Services and the Teams of Professors.
Both on the level of the university college and on that of the departments, several forms of employee participation are active.
Group T is a member of the KU Leuven Association.
