The Departmental Negotiation Committee ('DOC') is the mirror image of the University College Negotiation Committee, but on the departmental level.
All relevant issues concerning personnel matters are negotiated by the unions in the Departmental Negotiation Committee.
The University College Negotiation Committee has officially agreed to take on departmental matters and it was therefore decided not to establish a Departmental Negotiation Committee. This situation may of course be subject to change should this be necessary.
