The German level 2 course is open to everyone who has reached the age of 16. You have to sit a level test in order to go to level 2.
Course contents
In this level, you strengthen the skills learned in level 1 and expand the basic grammatical structures. Even more attention is given to speaking so that you are better equipped to carry on a conversation.

The topics covered during the year include:
- Introductions: describing personality and appearance of friends or acquaintances.
- Clothes and fashion
- Contact with official agencies: educational systems, career choice, applying for a job, résumé
- Free time: making arrangements to go to the movies, being able to report on television broadcasts.
- Nature and environment: weather, landscapes, pollution
- Politics: electoral system in Germany, German reunification
- Health issues: national health service in Germany, pension scheme
