Objectives

The International Postgraduate Program in Logistics Management focuses on the field of Logistics in an enterprising, multi-cultural environment.

The program is aimed at an international audience. Hence, all its aspects are treated from an international perspective, leaving room for customization according to countries’ specific norms.

Apart from the necessary theoretical courses, there are activities for developing personal enterprising competences and for putting into practice the insights and knowledge acquired. This is possible because of the perfect mix of theory and practice. In the Logistics Management Project (LMP), for example, hands-on assessment covering all key areas of Logistics Management is incorporated.

We believe enterprising is more than having management qualities. It also demands daring, an innovative spirit, and leadership; it presupposes a sense of vision and mission; it calls for loyalty. At Group T, being enterprising is considered of paramount importance in any field. The know-how Group T has acquired in this area along with its expertise in Logistics is extended to prospective Logistics Managers with the one-year International Postgraduate Program in Logistics Management, including the possibility of doing a joint master’s program in collaboration with our partner universities. Also, students with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering have the possibility to pursue a two-year joint master’s program in IT Management with our partners (see Collaboration with Partner Universities). In this way, Group T opens its doors to prospective managers from around the world.

The major aims of the program are:

• to exchange information and experiences between professors and students
• to enhance information-exchange and experiences among students through interactive learning and teamwork
• to educe students’ enterprising competences
